First Appearance | Phenix Optics Makes Its Debut at the Canton Fair, Opening a New Chapter for the Brand

In April, Guangzhou gathers merchants from all over the world. On April 15, 2026, the 139th Spring China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) grandly opened in Guangzhou. Representing all subsidiaries of Phenix Optics Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Phenix Optical Technology Co., Ltd. made a brilliant appearance at Booth 8.0I12 with a range of innovative products covering optical components, precision metal parts, LiDAR and ITS lenses, infrared lenses, machine vision lenses, scientific instruments, and intelligent controllers, fully demonstrating its vertically integrated capabilities from precision components to intelligent systems, attracting numerous domestic and international customers to stop and communicate.

By participating in this Canton Fair, Phenix Optics aims not only to showcase its technological achievements but also to leverage this international platform to efficiently connect with high-quality global channel resources, accelerate the expansion of overseas sales channels, and substantially broaden its overseas market presence. Through in-depth engagement with buyers, brand owners, and channel partners from various countries, the company seeks to facilitate the entry of its products into a wider international supply chain, bringing the quality and innovation of “Optics Made in China” to the world.

1. Core Optical Components & Precision Metal Parts

At this exhibition, Phenix Optics displayed a full range of precision optical lenses. Spherical lenses cover diameters from millimeter to hundred-millimeter levels, with decentering accuracy ≤15″, supporting multi-lens cementing, D-cut, blackening, and multi-functional coatings such as AR/HR. Flat lenses achieve surface accuracy PV ≤ λ/10 and nanometer-level surface roughness, capable of special-shaped processing including chamfering and hole drilling. Aspherical lenses achieve inter-surface decentering ≤3μm and support double-sided aspheric surfaces and chalcogenide glass processing.

In the precision metal parts section, lens barrels achieve IT6 grade accuracy with precise roundness and coaxiality, covering specifications from φ6 to φ240mm. Cam curve tubes have a coaxiality of 0.012 and can machine up to more than ten curved grooves. Die-cast and precision-machined parts have an inclination tolerance of ±3′, capable of processing 160T–500T die-cast parts, suitable for special-shaped bases, housings, and high-strength automotive components. This fully demonstrates Phenix Optics’ more than 60 years of precision manufacturing heritage.

2. Multi-Spectral Lenses

LiDAR lenses offer multiple focal length options, with a wide field of view coverage, featuring automotive-grade reliability (2000 hours) and localization of main and auxiliary materials, applied in automotive main radar, robotics, and lawn mowers. ITS lenses support flexible switching between multiple focal lengths, adapt to large-size sensors, and feature low-light and infrared shared focus capabilities, suitable for road surveillance. Infrared lenses cover commonly used focal lengths, are compatible with mainstream detectors, and feature optical athermalization or manual focusing, with clear imaging at high and low temperatures, meeting the needs of security monitoring and industrial temperature measurement.

3. Machine Vision Lenses

Aiming at intelligent manufacturing and industrial inspection, Phenix Optics launched several industrial lenses. The high-pixel, low-distortion industrial lens series covers 1.2″, 2/3″, and 1/1.7″ sensor sizes, with a wide focal length range, bright aperture, distortion ≤ ±0.1%, C-mount, suitable for high-precision inspection. The line scan lens series is adapted for 16K/8K resolution, with adjustable magnification, a maximum image circle of Φ60mm, low optical distortion, suitable for high-speed continuous inspection. The telecentric industrial lens provides 1X magnification, extremely low distortion, and 2M resolution, suitable for precision measurement. These products empower industrial automation with smarter “eyes”.

4. Microscopes

The Scientific Instrument Business Division brought four biological microscopes. The BME300-B adopts an infinity-corrected optical system, with a binocular tube that rotates 360°, equipped with plan achromatic objectives, coaxial coarse and fine focusing, upper and lower LED light sources with adjustable color temperature, a built-in battery, and an intelligent LCD display panel. The BME50 uses a finite-corrected optical system, with a 30° inclined binocular tube, achromatic objectives, and upper and lower LED cold light sources. The BMC100-A3 uses infinity achromatic objectives, a trinocular tube that can connect to an external camera, and a USB gooseneck upper light source. The BMC300-DR uses an infinity-corrected optical system, wide-field eyepieces, a four-hole coded nosepiece, high-precision focusing, a streamlined non-protruding stage, and a continuously adjustable LED color temperature lamp, equipped with an intelligent display screen. These products are widely used in medical, agricultural, and environmental protection fields.

5. Intelligent Controllers

The Intelligent Controller business exhibited two controllers. The inverter range hood power supply board uses FOC algorithm, achieving high air volume and high energy efficiency, with quick start and customizable power range. The liquid-cooled pump controller covers a power range of 750–4000W, supports RS485/0-10V/PWM speed control, specially designed for high-reliability scenarios such as server cooling circulation pumps, and has passed multiple international certifications.

At this Canton Fair, Phenix Optics demonstrated its latest capabilities as an “integrated solutions provider for optics, mechanics, electronics, and computing” through innovative product displays and in-depth exchanges.
